baby your ebooksHere’s another selection from the Merriam-Webster word of the day files – incunabulum. It literally means swaddling clothes in Latin and is used to describe books printed before 1501 at the beginning of  the use of the mechanized word press. Baby books. They really weren’t swaddled, it was just an image of new books.

However, I have seen electronic books swaddled in leather, polystyrene, and silicon skin. Here’s a cover for an ebook that looks like a vintage book:
