Twofer Tuesdays – Substitutable Truisms?

As I’ve done before, I’ve substituted the word writer for dancer, writing for dancing, and written for dance. Do you think these quotes still hold true?

“The writer is virtually inseparable from the written.” Jamake Hightower

and

Writing is the last word in life…in writing one draws nearer to oneself.” Jean DuBuffet
