While looking for a red, white, and blue dessert for the Fourth of July, I came up with this quick sweet.
1 1/2 cups blueberries
1/2 cup Shenandoah Blackberry Syrup
1 tsp lemon juice
Bring to boil for 2-3 minutes until most of the blueberries disappear into the sauce. Pour over cheesecake. Great on pancakes, too!
