A Day at the Beach – Looking for Lemonade…

Just when you think you have it all, the Emo Family plops themselves right in your lovely view.

Nice.

Why?

We didn’t settle in that spot because it was the path people took to skirt the rock jetty while they walked near the water.

Trying to make the best of it, we turned our attention to other diversions, like this lifeguard practicing I’m not sure what, but who cares?

We had the SAME thing happen here at SUnset beach. Chose a spot with a lovely view of the open ocean, and a family plopped themselves RIGHT in front of us…when there was space all around in every direction. Why?

A lesson to all of us – wherever – to remember to be aware of other people! The world is not just about us…not now, not ever!

And…wonder what that lifeguard did have in mind?? LOL. Must be how lifeguards spend their spare time and creativity…rescuing imaginary victims, or trying to conquer the sea. Hmmm.

There are nice people, too, like the surfer who saw us and moved his stuff. He said he didn’t want to block our view. This situation was odd because the beach wasn’t crowded, and they were in the path of people walking.

Oh well! We still have a lovely time!
