Today I made my 2011 recipe for Irish Soda Bread – with a twist! Instead of 1/2 cup raisins, I added 1/2 cup dried cranberries to give it a bit of Valentine’s Day color!
I used a heart-shaped baking pan instead of a round cake pan. See my October 12, 2011 recipe here. This is a great bread to enjoy with stew, soups, or even with tea on Valentine’s Day!
