Sandy Deutscher Green’s poetry has been included in domestic, university, and international journals. She has two poetry chapbooks published by independent publishers. Her children’s work has appeared in Chicken Soup for the Child’s Soul, Highlights for Children, and Words and Other Wild Things, a poetry anthology distributed to children’s hospitals in Indiana.

Before the pandemic, she served as the literature judge for her local elementary school’s PTA chapter of the Reflections Art Program. Sandy and her husband live in Virginia USA and have two grown children and four rescue pets.
